Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and artisan labels remain attached and intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the craftsmanship of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
